The Cargo Hold Is Easier to Scan

Published

Deposit and Withdraw now work from a compact grid you select into, instead of a long list of permanent buttons.

The repaired Cargo Hold at the Crash Site started to feel heavier than it should the moment you had more than a few things stored in it. Every stack and every unique item rendered as its own tall row with WITHDRAW 1 and WITHDRAW STACK sitting there permanently, whether you needed them or not, and Carried Inventory did the same thing on the deposit side.

Cargo and Carried now render as a compact grid of tiles — the same artwork, name, and quantity you're used to, just smaller and side by side. Select a tile and the Deposit or Withdraw actions for that one item appear below it. Select something else and the actions move with it.

Nothing about what the Cargo Hold can hold or how a transfer works has changed. Stack limits, unique-item handling, and the 32-slot capacity are exactly what they were before — this only changes how you look at what's stored and pick the thing you want to move.

Patch notes

Changed

  • Cargo Hold and Carried Inventory contents now render as a compact selectable tile grid instead of one large row per stored item.
  • Deposit and Withdraw actions now appear only for the currently selected item, in one action area beneath the grid.
